This woman has been accused of horrific things. She is 

 NOW on administrative leave for euthanizing animals 

 HERSELF and accepting cash from the animal 

 owner! If she is NOT a vet, HOW MANY TIME did she 

 have to stick the needle in 

 to find the vein?
