ALSO - minutesof the meeting at the Campbell County Animal Shelter, Jacksboro, TN.     You will hear evidence that they DO have aspay and neuter room at the facility but that it has remained unused since thefacility was opened.  You will also hearMs. Crumley (leaning against the desk area) speaking very aggressively againstthe volunteer(on left side/red shirt) who is trying very hard to give theanimals time to be posted and photographed for a chance at adoption.  You will also hear one of the shelter‘officials’ (orange shirt), showing an absolute LACK of education when it comesto the fact that shelters who are “No-Kill” or even only ‘5% euthanized’ DOexist and CAN exist there in Campbell County, TN.  His remarks show both blatant ignorance onhow to run a Humane Shelter and also shows that Campbell County Officials wouldrather take the ‘lazy way out’, than to do the work necessary to live by HUMANEstandards.

IN ADDITION -here is a brief video of one of the founding members of the “Friends ofCampbell County Animals” speaking to the County Commissioners & Mayor lastyear in 2012.  Issues with the CC AnimalShelter have been addressed by the FCCA, they HAVE been trying hard to resolvethem.  As we all know, however, there ISstrength in numbers!  So please do notquestion why nothing has been done until now. This ‘strength’ lies in the fact that we all have different ‘knowledgesets’, different experiences, different educational backgrounds and differentways of helping...  if we all pitch inwith what we are best able to do, we can make a difference for the animals ofCampbell County, TN.  These differencesCAN then lead to further positive changes throughout Tennessee, the UnitedStates and the World.  Lead by Example!
