    Here's the resolution re Memphis on tonight's council agenda:
    WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Township of Bloomfield desire to transfer any ownership rights the Township has to the dog named Memphis to Jeff and Diana Coltenback; and
    WHEREAS, the Board of Health and/or the Neighborhood to Neighborhood Network have transferred physical custody and possibly ownership of Memphis to a third-party in South Dakota.
    NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor and Council of the Township of Bloomfield, County of Essex, State of New Jersey hereby directs the Township Administrator to contact the individual(s) who has physical custody of Memphis to have that individual(s) transfer custody and all ownership rights they have, if any, of Memphis to Jeff and Diana Coltenback; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Township of Bloomfield hereby transfers any ownership rights the Township has to the dog named Memphis to Jeff and Diana Coltenback. *…*…*…*
